Terms and Conditions Of Delivery
1. Parties involved
The terms and conditions of delivery below are a part of all agreements concluded and apply to all actions and juristic acts between Blancier (as vendor) and you (as purchaser).
2. Conclusion of an agreement
An agreement is concluded with you when, after placing an electronic order (using the order form), you have received an electronic confirmation from Blancier. The receipt of this confirmation is not open to discussion. Blancier can at all times demonstrate that this confirmation was sent to the correct e-mail address.
3. Images
Images of your orders correspond exactly with the products that will be delivered to you.
4. Payment options
Blancier operates according to the principle of prior payment. Once the order form has been sent, the customer will receive an electronic invoice. You can choose to transfer the amount owing directly into our bank account, or alternatively you may make use of Paypal (www.paypal.com). Paypal is a payment method considered by 230 million people to be a very reliable and safe system of payment. Paypal enables you to make payments safely using your credit card. Once the customer has paid Blancier B.V the amount owing, the order will sent to the customer in the order form being given address. 5. Product prices
5.1 All prices are expressed in US Dollars. Our prices are NET (Export Prices), without taxes, VAT or shipping costs. Customers from outside the EU will not pay Dutch taxes or VAT as duties/taxes will be collected once the package arrived in your country. U.S customers pay temporarily NO shipping costs (UPS Track and Trace max 3 weeks delivery time), 7% customs duty/taxes to U.S. customs once the parcel arrives in the USA maybe charged.
5.2 For orders shipped within Europe the selling price of USD 395.- will be increased with 19% VAT ( USD 470.- FREE shipping )
6. Delivery
Delivery of the products you order is effected by and under the responsibility of Blancier. If shipping costs apply to your order, this will be stated again on the confirmation. Delivery time will be a maximum of 6 weeks after the order has been placed. Delivery times are an explicit indication, not a deadline.
7. Trial period
All products may be returned within a period of 10 days. To return a product, contact Blancier's customer service by e-mail. You will pay the costs of return shipping. Products must remain unused and be returned in the condition in which they were purchased (original undamaged packaging). Return shipments that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded; in all other cases, Blancier will refund the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs, however, will not be reimbursed.
8. Complaints
Blancier is responsible for the products it delivers, and the delivery of those products. If the product delivered is not in compliance with the agreement, the failure will be remedied by Blancier, or, at its discretion, it will repair or replace the product delivered.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
All legal relationships between you and Blancier are subject to the applicable law of the country of delivery. As far as possible, disputes will be resolved in mutual consultation. If this proves to be impossible, either party may initiate legal proceedings.
